Prescriptions and Refills
Our medical policy at Bella Medical Spa for refills is that they are taken care of at the time of a medical visit. This gives the medical professionals at Bella the ability to ensure the safety, necessity, efficacy and appropriateness of your medicines. Before the patient runs out of refill prescriptions it is time for a follow-up appointment to go over your concerns, progress and/or medication issues. Please remember to schedule your next visit in a timely manner before you run out of medication. Patients should schedule refill appointments prior to leaving the Bella Medical Spa. In rare cases that you were not able to schedule your appointment for refills while at the office, please remember to do so as you are filling your last prescription. It is our stated policy to give the best care to our patients. Additionally, we can not allow refills without the appropriate visit. We genuinely care about your well being.
Scheduling Appointments:
All spa treatments must be reserved by credit card; pre-payment for services may be paid by credit card, gift certificates, checks or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. Call the office at: 830.693.7546. If we don't answer leave your information on our answering service. Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our Doctor and therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

ð A room fee of $50.00, for every 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment, is applied if not canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
SPA
ð More than 24 hours notice--service will be canceled at no charge
ð Less than 24 hours notice--50% of the service price will be charged
ð Failure to show without notice--100% of the service price will be charged
No refunds on GIFT CERTIFICATES or prepaid Services.
No Show No Call voids gift certificate.

Late Arrivals:
Please plan to arrive on time to fully enjoy the time we have reserved for you. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please allow 5 minutes for parking. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
