Always take your CustomVite supplements with meals. We recommend that the supplements be taken throughout the day for the most even absorption into your body's cells. That usually means two or three times a day depending on your lifestyle and eating habits, some people prefer to take them once daily for the convenience. A small number of people experience mild stomach upset when first taking vitamins. This is usually because the vitamins are consumed without food.
